| Is Payment Consistency the same as PI#7?? | The payment consistency is a formula in excel that evaluated how often during the year the participant has arrears distributed each month. |
| Do you have another way to pull data for Interstate-responding cases? | Not at this time. I am looking into options. |
| How can we obtain this tool and where do we obtain the data for the tool. | We hope to have a version of the tool that all LCSAs can have by mid November. |
| Question: Sacramento finds value in being able to filter on the pivot table for Assistance Type. Is that something that you see making mainstream with this product? Would other counties find value in this? | Yes. |
| In the interim, can you share your excel file (without data) for LCSA’s to look at? | Because of the complexity of the excel file and the current changes being implemented to try to make it available to all LCSAs it would be difficult to share. |
| What version of Excel are you using? | 2010 currently with 2016 right around the corner |

| Would we be able to add additional elements to the case drill down such as NP prison indicator? | In the future we could possibly add additional elements |
| With ISO reviews expressing concerns about Payment source of IRS how are you securing this or dealing with this? | The query currently only outputs NCP, IWO, UIB, and Other |
| For counties that already have DR, would you be able to post the queries so we can drill start looking at the reports? | We are currently working on simplifying the queries and eliminating unnecessary data. The plan is to have the data available for all LCSAs through the LCSA Secure website. |
| I started using your tool from your CSDA presentation a couple of years ago. We are a medium county and it blew up my excel then (probably something internal I imagine)…would love to see in a different platform. | We are currently looking at all possible platforms to best deliver the product to LCSAs. |
| once the tool is developed, will it be like CMT with the data in it, or, will we need to extract the data and download into the tool? | The plan currently is to make the data available for all LCSAs through the LCSA Secure website and then a process to import the data into the tools platform. |
| was there a timeframe for making this available to the counties? | We are hoping to have this available for FFY 2017/2018. (November 2017 once October 2017 data is available on the Data Repository) |
