Thomas attended California State University, Fresno, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Philosophy and Electrical Engineering. He began his career with the County in 2016 in the Department of Social Services before joining the Department of Child Support Services in 2019 as a Family Support Officer.
Since then, Thomas has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership, dedication, and a commitment to excellence, advancing through several key positions, including Program Review Specialist, Supervising Child Support Specialist, and most recently, Business Systems Analyst II.
In addition to his work within our department, Thomas serves on the CalCSA Technology Committee. Most recently, he was instrumental in the successful transition of our department’s systems to our new building this past June.
Thomas is known for his strong work ethic, willingness to take on new challenges, and commitment to supporting both his colleagues and the families we serve. He consistently goes above and beyond, often learning new processes and technologies so he can better assist others and contribute to the department’s success.
